There are three ways to practice Tiferet Movement Yoga online

iii) Arrange for a Private 1:1 Yoga Therapy Session on Zoom
i)Tiferet Movement Yoga Multi-Level Live and Zoom classes
Join us to stretch, strengthen, breathe and move towards harmony.
Tuesdays 9:30 am-10:45am and Thursdays from 10:00am-11:15 am
Cost for in studio live class : $200 for 10 classes, $25:00 per class
On Zoom: $10 per class.
Adaptive/Chair Yoga on Zoom
Sunday Mornings from 11:00am-12:00pm and
Thursday afternoons from 5:00-6:00pm
Cost : $150 for 10 classes, $18 per class
iii) Work with me 1:1 from where ever you are for a
Private Yoga Therapy Session!
Live or via Zoom
All you need is a computer and I can assist you with achieving more calm, accessing more power , strength and general fitness through custom designed moving, breathing and meditation sessions which you can enjoy without even leaving the comfort of your own home.
Cost: $100 per 1 hour session.
